It does not exist.
You have to play yourself, not with a macro, sorry ^^
Is hitting 3 buttons really too much...
garrote ss ss 3cp snd
pop CD (racial, AR, BF, trinket, haste pot, flamecap/TT, drums)- ss 5cp rupture
1cp snd
ss x5 5cp snd
vanish garrote trinket swap ( if you have brewfest trinket & brood )
keep up SND and 5cp rupture after above.
