<Ambition> [H] - Progressive Raiding Team - Recruiting!

<Ambition> [H] is a guild focused around the idea of experiencing the WoTLK raiding content in its entirety, as it was meant to be experienced. On this realm, it's easy to get lost in the point / coin system for gearing your characters, and jumping directly into ICC PUG groups in global chat. Many players on Warmane seek out its wrath servers to experience the expansion as they remember it, or as a fresh experience of the expansion as it was. We in Ambition feel the exact same way and want others to join us in pursuit of that goal. Below is information regarding some rules we have set in place to preserve our progressive experience, raiding schedule, general requirements, and other misc. info.

Guild Goals:

We, as a team, want to build a consistent group of individuals that share our passion for exploring past content as it was. Additionally, the experience is meant to be fun, so we want to find individuals who we can have fun with and will help promote an enjoyable environment for everyone.

Raiding Schedule:

• Friday: 9pm - 12am EST
• Saturday: 9pm - 12am EST

Raiding Rules:

In order to preserve the idea of progression through each of the tiers, we require that each raider does not have gear that is unavailable during the content patch we are on. For example, starting with the first tier of raids (patch 3.0 - 3.1), raiders must use gear available during this patch only (i.e. gear from patch 3.0 reputations, raids, etc.). To be more explicit about that, gear from Ulduar as we progress through 3.0 content is disallowed. This will continue on through each tier. With that being said, you can use whatever gear you want outside of raid, however, the gear you use during raid hours must be within this constraint.

Aside from that, the raid environment is incredibly relaxed. We want to have a good time and just clear content. We don't require that you have any addons, however, we do require communication from everyone. We will use a Discord server for our main form of communication.

Loot System:

We are going with a loot council based system. The loot council in its current form is made up of 3 individuals with many years experience in being a part of a loot council. The loot council is an unbiased system which seeks to distribute gear in a way that it will have the greatest impact on the success of the team as a whole. With that being said, main factors that drive influence in gear distribution is your ability as a player (i.e. consistency and skill), as well as your attendance. In order to develop a successful, consistent team of individuals we need to promote these characteristics in our team.
