I agree with this. It's a nightmare getting in a heroic dungeon since the gear requirements are higher than any potential upgrade you'd get from it and most of the groups being formed already reserve it. Plus you can't even buy it with badges, so there's even less incentive for people who are already working full time and have limited playtime as it is, to try and get a group together.
