Hello!!
I just downloaded WotLK and on my first attempt at logging in in game, it says my account has been suspended? I created a second account just to check and it read the exact same message. My account status on this website still says “in good standing”. I wasn’t sure if this issue was on my end, but I’m extremely confused and would appreciate some help. Thank you!
I have the same problem. I contacted a gm in game because I cannot write a ticket on the website due to the suspension and I was told that there is nothing to be done regarding the issue and that I should try changing my ip adress, which i did and it still had no effect. I am able to play as if there was nothing wrong but I am unable to access any website related perks such as the store and more importantly the change password tab so I can be 100% sure that my login detail are not compromised. I am absolutely sure that no one but me knows the log in details and that I have never done anything even close to advertising which is what the ban was issued for... The only possible thing that might have happened besides the Warmane's automated system messing up is that my details got leaked from another private server (Elysium) that i also play on that recently had some kind of privacy issues or something like that, which is again highly unlikely. Please tell us how to approach this since I have no idea what is happening.
Would like to see this turn out, seems like an serious issue that needs to be resolved asap.

I was more than politely told to contact the support using the provided email adress and I did right away. I am currently still waiting for the response as my account status has not changed. Also, I checked ,just as OP did, and I am in good standing as well. Thanks to everyone who commented and thank you for providing assistance as well.
It has been 3 days and no response. It would be nice to get filled in on what is happening if anything is at all.
