Target health always shown as percentage

(TBC) I have turned of to show percentage on status bars, but health bar of my target is always shown as percentage no matter what. Health on my character, everyones mana/energy bar and experience bar show numbers, only targets health won't change. Anyone knows how to fix this? I have redownloaded game on another cumputer and still have the same problem.

It's sadly supposed to be like this. You can only see the enemy health numbers if you got an addon, but it only aproximates the enemy health after you hit them.
