My account was hacked.

I have the same issue and their account retrieval just sends a mail to the mail address the scammer changed it to, I would assume.
I tried asking for help in a ticket and was just refered to a retrieval system that does not work. (Had already tried it several times)
The scammer already deleted/namechanged one of my characters I can see in Armory.

Can you please react to this? It's an issue caused by and on the server and if not handled correctly you are going to constantly lose players.
