Hello, I would like to ask if there is any way to move population cap from Outland realm to Icecrown? Because Outland realm dont need it and I think every player would be happy to join Icecrown instantly

Realm suggestions should really have a seperate sticky post "Regarding population suggestions" where the staff would their their stance on population caps and would further instruct NOT TO suggest cap increase EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
