Will the arena points be reset to 0 when Season 3 hits? Or converted to HP?
Arena points will not reset to zero. You will keep all of your arena and honor points. So start banking them up.

my only question is does S1 become the honor set or does s2?"TBC".
i would assume S1 = honor set but i cant remember blizz having two sets of AP gear going for very long.
During season 3, the season 1 gear is the honor set. Season 2 gear costs arena points but at a reduced price.
