Account Recovery

Hi

I had a "premium" account at molten and I know characters cannot be restored anymore, however is it possible to set my current account to premium status in order to at least skip the qeue?

My account details are a bit vague as it was a couple of yeas ago.

Charters: - Volennis - troll hunter
