[ANSWERED]Missing characters and coins

Hello. I just came back to the private servers, however the last time I played, it was known as Molten-WoW. I had two level 80 characters, one named aeredon, a 80 horde paladin, and a 80 warrior named Atemisk I believe, race was an orc. I donated several hundreds of USD and had a shadowmourne on my warrior, and Best in Slot gear. All my stuff is missing, and I have no refund on coins. Is there any way we can address this issue? I'd hate to have all my past donations go to waste.

Unlikely, but possible for support. Make sure you include donation amounts and their receipts via Skrill or Paymentwall.

Refunds were done long time ago, I highly doubt anything can be one.
