My BE Pally has hobbit feet!

Ok, my new character doesn't exactly have "hobbit feet", but something definitely isn't right about them. When I first created the male blood elf it took me a few minutes, but I noticed something weird about his feet - I could see the individual toes of his feet, even with boots on. I didn't think much of it, but now after a few hours in (I'm at level 17) and trying different types of boots the visual issue persists. I can still see his tooooooes.

But wait, that's not all! This one I find kind of endearing actually, but even still, it's a "feature" I don't think is supposed to happen. So, on top of having very detailed feet, he splashes... a lot. Whenever I walk in a puddle of water or the shallows of a river/lake I send splashes of water like 10+ feet into the air. It doesn't matter the body of water. It just happens.

So, if anyone has run into this issue before, please let me know! And advice or fixes are much appreciated.
