Bugged Cauldron in "The plaguebringer's request"

**SOLVED**

Exactly what the title says, The cauldron in "The plaguebringer's request" Does not have a 'cauldron' in it, therefor I cannot grab a cauldron to complete the quest making the quest impossible to finish and thus the quest line impossible. Is there anything I can do to bypass this or possibly grab the attention of a GM to help me?

edit: Just a note but I have submitted a ticket in the client, not sure if that helps my case or not.

edit2: Submitting a ticket did help my case, thx to the gms of Warmane I was able to pass the quest ;0, also VockerZ's method may work so try that

Waiting for a server reset tends to fix look issues regarding quest things like this.
And since the server reset an hour ago, you should be fine to go check again now.

tried to level a DK today, stuck at same spot as you. tried to see if i could loot if i had no other quest items still no. sat online with a ticket open for like 4-5hours and still nothing. its a major bummer.

i abandon and retake the quest
first go for the empty cauldron and then the iron chain
