someone hacked my account and deleted two characters: Winey shaman and Viney paladin

15.11.2017 my account was stolen. Someone got my gold and deleted my characters: shaman (Winey), paladin (Viney). I changed my password and returned my shaman by using "Services" - > "Character restoration". But I cant return my paladin. Please help me to return my paladin, because I cant do it by myself. Then I am trying there are some warning - "You do not have enough coins to purchase character restoration". But during 2 days this service must be free.

Only 2 days out of every 7 days.
You can restore 1 character within 2 days after deletion, and then "free" again after 7 days of doing that. (so, no return since the Paladin will, at that time, be removed way more than 2 days ago)

Also, people do not 'get hacked',, you 100% likely compromised your own security, and staff will not help you with that other than tell you to stop being stupid.
