Missing Donation Coins

So last week I donated the 10 euro for 10 coins. The Payment went through and everything worked fine. So today I go to log in and I'm stuck in a queue for the server. Now I'm confused because I know one of the donation incentives is not waiting in server queues, so I went and logged in on the website. AND MY COINS ARE GONE. 0 Coins and the payment was never refunded to my card. I've also been looking for a better place to post this for the most valid results, but I'm asking for some help in the mean time. Any information helps, thanks.
