I just got banned?

I didnt do anything to compromise my account, how did this happen and how do i appeal? Not so much as an email to go off of... RIP ME

Just happened to me aswell. For advertising for wanting to buy coilfang armaments smh ^.-

I still have not received an email and yes i checked my spam folder. I tried to complete a support ticket to appeal my ban but unfortunately my account status is still "In good standing" so no ban is even popping up to select on the appeal. So many questions.... haaaaaaaaalp!
