How can I contact GM or Admin?

I got suspended for no reason. I can't make a ticket on a site because of the suspension, in-game GM are not responding...
I was mining some Tin Ore, and got suspended for "Advertising".

False. But on the off-chance you are telling the truth, you can contact support via your account panel.

Hand to God I did nothing. I can't because I have an IP ban on my acc. Can't make a ticket.
