I used character trade and the character I purchased did not come as listed

Hi, I'm super new to all of this so I'm wondering if I'm messing up somehow or not looking correctly. Anyway, I purchased a character through warmane trade and the listing said it had the celestial steed mount, but when I logged in and checked mounts it isn't there. It came naked so there's nothing in bags or banks. I'm super bummed because that was the icing on the cake that had me decide to purchase the character instead of boost the one I have. Is there anything I can do short of the support ticket I already have open? Am I not looking in the right spot?
