Hi mate,
I was a loyal player at Outland and my account name is . I was travelled to China a couple of weeks ago and had to use VPN to connect in order to play normally. Then I realized that my account was banned due to Your IP Address (46.105.215.75) has been suspended for 5 months 1 week due to Bot network. I never used Bot and I believed it must be the VPN problem as the IP was at France. Would you please help me to unlock my account so that I could use the online functions normal.Thank you so much for your help and I am looking forward to wait your reply.
