Bought character recustomazion but it's bugged!?

I bought it yesterday and I am still trying to customize my character. I change name and gender and when I press "Accept" I get this message "Could not customize character."

And no, the name is not taken...

I tried the name on my other account and it works perfectly.
Please help me! been 24 hours!

I had some issues regarding that because of the WoD client having more options than the vanilla one in terms of hair style. Try to go in-game to a barbershop and change the hairstyle to something vanilla then try again :)
