Lately I've been seeing quite a few Frost/Arcane mages but i always forget to screen their name and see their build because i really want to try it. I know frost is the best spec but still could anyone link me or tell me more about this ? Seems like a cool idea

You have several possible builds depends on playstyle.
But core is Improved Counterspell and rest into the frost.
Something that I came across when changed from fire to Frost was that frost does not do any dmg at all :O
Do you guys who play mages on Outland know if frost specc is broken, cause there is no fun in playing frost if it does no damage.
