I create new character on my account, DK with name "Loveslay", but than i delete him. Now i cant use this nick for any new character, but in game i also cant add in friend anyone with this nick. How can i fix this?

wait for a server crash/Restart
I suggest you to remove that name from your post to avoid any "funny" guy to steal it
How long can i wait for restart?
usually there is a restart on monday morning
