GM Contact time's needed in Medivh server.

I'm looking for help on Medivh server.

I stucked on a quest with my druid. Opened a ticket and did not get responce.

I'm looking for info when i can reach the GM-s on Medivh.

Same here on icecrown. Been 2 days with one reply to clear cache and wtf folder which didnt fix my problem. A bit more speed would help a lot.
