[ANSWERED]Day 2 of queue waiting

Being a donator is supposed to allow queue skipping and it's not doing what it's supposed to. My thread yesterday never got answered.

I don't mean to be a bother, but this is the main reason I've become a donator. I just hope it gets resolved. Thanks.
