I tried to find some infos on the forums and also in-game but i had different answers so i'd rather have an answer from the staff.
My question is the following :
Account A is premium (donated $10 or more).
Account B is basic (didn't donate).
If account A gift coins to account B, will account B be able to use his coins to buy items from the store?
