Name squatting

I have certain questions about name squatting. (tried searching the forums for a similar topic but "name" and "change" are too common to include in a search so any kind of result is unrelated to what I'm looking for)

• Can we request a name change for a name squatter and how? (in-game ticket? account support ticket?) Can we do it for multiple names at once?
• When is a character considered a name squatting character? (only level 1 characters? inactive instant-80s? played time? where's the cutoff?)
• How long does a character need to be inactive to be eligible for a forced name change?
• Does the activity of the player on other characters affect whether or not the name squatting character is considered "active"? If so, why?
• Does premium account status affect any of this?

they do name clean ups once in a while, that's the only time you'll get a taken name.
