i wanted to buy a race change for points, I have enough points, but when I choose this it says "Your character already has a service pending, log in in-game to proceed" why does it say that?
open the game > at character selection list you should see a new icon next to the charcter you bought Race change > click on it
In the services tab I click purchase, it gives me this message "Your character already has a service pending, log in in-game to proceed" - and no points were taken from my account. when i log into my account in game there is no option to change their race on the character selection screen. I don't have any services pending so I don't know why i am getting this message...
is it a Pandaren and you have not chosen any Faction yet?
