My IP has been banned PLZ help me！

I'm a Chinese player I love WOW and OUTLAND. I believe there must be some mistake.

When I logged in at 8 Dec. It says（Your IP Address (172.104.108.0) has been suspended for due to Advertising ）

I tried to email to you,but get no answer. It means I cannt buy weapons in S3.This problem has plagued me for a long time.

In our country, gov not allowed us serach almost all foreign websites so i need use VPN（which can change my ip） log my account.
and i think some people who using same VPN did this illegal . and i got implicate. so plz double check it

There are a few ways to unban your IP address.
