account closed for no reason

Greetings

As mentioned in title, while playing in game a freeze happened and couldnt access my acount again, knowing that all i did as a last action was linkin a primordial saronite on trade channel; after connecting on warmane website i found that my account has been banned for advertising, which did not happen by the way.

Would you please fix this problem so it won't happen for other players, and hopefully deban my account so i can keep playing.

Try logging into the game? I mean, can you log in-game?

Also are you using VPN?
