Got banned, why?

My account just got banned, and I dont know why. I havent done anything wrong. I've spent 30 days+ on my character, and got banned for no reason? Well, gg warmane staff. Contact me!

When you log in on the web, go to "My Account" it shows reason there.

Your account has been terminated due to Account / gold theft


This is the message, what does that mean? I havent used bots or anthing illegal.

Account/gold theft means you stole someones account or gold. Or both.

I havent stole anything, ive played by the rules all the time. The only account ive used and been logged in to is my own.

Does anyone know how long time it takes to get a answer from support? I made a ticket regarding appeal. Hope ill be able to play 5s tonight....=/

anywhere from a few hours to a few days.

Did the appeal ticket 6 hours ago, hope they can answer soon. Really need to play 5s tonight..

I got another question, my account status is Suspended. Does that mean im perm banned or something else?
