Wotlk (WoD Models) problem

Hi guys,
I downloaded the wotlk client with wod models but I have this problem:
when I start the game, everytime it's like the first time I launched it (the wotlk video starts, I have to acept the terms, I have to change the resolution etc.).
Anyone else with this problem?
(I'm running the game on windows 10, already tried to change the compatibility for windows 7 but nothing happens)

UPDATE: I solved: I remove the "read only" from the game folder, then changed the compatibility into windows 7 (maybe this step is not necessary).
