Recipe: Runn Tum Tuber Surprise

Is it even available? Should be like 100% drop chance, but ive killed that imp about 10 times and got nothing. :(

Same problem, killed him 15-20 times.

Still looking for the answer.

Back in TBC this was not a 100% drop and was actually a rare drop
