im a Chinese player on outland server. i had just activate dual specialization but banned for IP advertising. However, for Chinese goverment rules of internet I cannot login accout to change talent without using lantern VPN.
So i really hope u will forgive me to write to u complaining about this trouble , pls disbanned my ip (Your IP Address (45.77.27.0) has been suspended for due to Advertising )
