How come PvP offparts for healing isn't in the store?

Is there a reason for it? Had to buy the Warlock off sets on my priest which kinda sucks.

refund them and wait for 1-3 weeks. They are releasing s2 gear soon.

That doesn't answer my question. I know they are releasing it soon but I dont care gonna buy full S2 as well.
