IP Banned for Advertising?

Hi,

I've just logged in after 2 years and I was connected to a VPN.

Upon logging in I see a message "Your IP Address (185.92.25.0) has been suspended for due to Advertising".

I've since disconnected from the VPN and relogged into the website but it still says I am banned.

I did not do any advertising, please can you unban my account? Thanks.

I can't open a support ticket because it says: "Support is unavailable due to an IP Ban that exists on this account. The reason for the ban is Advertising.".
