Hi, here is my problem/question
I made a coin purchase on the 1.1.2018 of 10 euros receiving 11 coins cause i donated before. From what i know there is a holiday bonus for coin buying receiving 40% bonus coins on purchase that should be active till 2.1.2018. I didn't receive that bonus hence my question: Is the bonus still active? What happened and is there any chance i could get the bonus coins?
Its up to 40%, 40% is for max donation for 300 euros(which i thinks is a max).
