the ninja looter reporting is poorly or not at all thought out

the way to report ninja looters is via ingame ticket , this is a terrible , terrible way of going about it , we cannot link screenshot in the in game ticket , but what is worse , the tickets take forever to get seen and responded to , this encourages ninjas because they know that it takes a verry long time and are just betting that who ever reports them will simply get disconected , resulting in a loss of the ticket , having to make a new one and hoping that it gets seen . PLs do something about this issue , maybe make it a forum option , like the bug tracker

Upload your screenshot to a site like imgur.com and provide the link to it in the ticket.

that still does not address the issue of having to be online until someone notice , last time i stayed logged in for over 4 hours trying to report a ninja and the ticket did not even go to pending :( it just says "we are experiencing a high volume bla bla bla" it is inefficient , people have jobs . A dedicated forum thread would be much more efficient .I completely understand that the server may not have the manpower to handle all the reports , but just having the option to post them on the site for all to see will decrease the number of ninja looter , because at least then everyone will be able to see who they are

Your in-game ticket remains active and in-queue even if you log off. It will be answered via in-game mail if you are offline when they get to it.

I highly doubt that a shame thread would have a noticeable impact on any in-game situations. Just look at how many people felt boondoggled by the gold squish that was front and center here. Ninja looting is an even lesser concern than that, and the community is unlikely to rally to the cause, as you seem to hope.

Indeed, Whiksey. Nevermind that we don't need witch-hunting. We also don't need people in charge of the threads using said threads to blackmail people in-game (which has happened in the past).

Except for the fact the guide on reporting players specifies using Imgur, which means you didn't do everything correctly.
