It would be great to be able to change the appearance of the Hero with coins.
I wanted to change the appearance of my warrior recently but I saw that there is no such option and in TBC there is no place where you can change hair and such things it would be great to be able to change appearances like a separate option not only with Faction Change and Race Change.

Such an option doesn't exist for TBC because that function didn't exist for the TBC client. That was a function added well into the Wrath expansion. Just having the faction change function requires a work-around.
Yeah but you can add sets with different items ( players must vote ) and with same stats with t5/t6 or s2/s3 ( to don't create differences between donors and normal players )
