My account was banned or hacked,and when i tried to ask the staff for help,they did not answer me
It takes the staff (largely understaffed by the way) about 3-4 days to respond to *anything* and account security is your own responsibility. most of the time i see people get "hacked" they tried to sell their accounts outside the marketplace or shared it with some random and the random took it. Use 2FA and this wont happen to you.
