Machinima Tool allowed??

Hey guys is machinima tool here allowed to remove fog and make the graphic better???
Thanks in advance..

If it isn't then it would be quite the surprise for loads of people.
It's not like the program can give anyone an edge, even with spectating enabled the server has a hard distance limit on who can see what.
