Hello, new here. So I see that they are on season 3. presumably season 4 is next. After that comes to an end is it back to season 1? then s2 again and so on?

After season 4 finishes, season 4 will restart. The BC servers will just keep repeating season 4 to keep the pvp scene alive.
and no, gear will not be reset.
