RDF problem, HELP !!!!!

Hello,

Im bugged whit the Flag Guide of RDF in my character portrait and cant queue again, cant invite or be invited.
Dont show any party player portrait and all times show the message ( One or more party members are pending invites or disconnected ).

Please Help me !!!!!
