The only way to skip the queue is with donations.
€10 Donation on the account you wish to use.
This grants queue-skipping for all characters on that account, and is permanent (i.e. a one-time only payment, lasts forever).
ah okay thank you and they have not featurs about this ? like the cap 15k or 20k...
