constant progression / store question

So I dont understand few things about this serv... First of all I'm thinking about moving from Icecrown serv to Lordaeron cos I'm sick of p2w system (just takes away all value/respect of obtained gear). I'm ok with donations, got to keep the serv running, but I dont really like idea of buying gear, especially good/bis gear (starter/cosmetics/misc items would be ok i guess).

With that said, I've been reading Lordaeron forums and it looks like you can also buy items on this serv as well, but I check store and I see only mounts and stuff like that - no gear (! I like it but dont understand how come - since forum said it is possible)?

One more thing I'd like to know: I've read somewhere on forums that this serv will adjust content difficulty based on gear or whatnot, but I couldnt find specifics about that? I love idea of constant progression (why let the content go to waste and skip directly to ICC doungeons and ICC raid.... with best raid ever being here - Ulduar). Could someone explain this please?

Lordaeron has only a cosmetic shop. PvE difficulty is buffed up so it makes it a harfcore realm. It doesnt scale with your gear, its the same as always. You know how it goes, majority of the server only cares about ICC and VOA so NAXX and ULD are a rare sight, altho some ppl are really trying to make Uld25 but cant fill up the raid (horde). Some ppl even say "8k gold free roll after the last boss" to attract ppl.

Ahh I see, thanks for info! I like both of those ideas, but wouldn't it be awesome to see other raids viable as well :( I guess it was great for people that joined while the server was just made, and cleared tier by tier as it was released, but for us latecomers, we cant relive the progression :(

It would be great if the previous tier achievement was attunement for next tier... (I'm sure I saw that on some other priv serv but I just don't want to leave warmane, love the community here)
