The furification of quel`delar bugged ??????

When i`m doing the quest and i put the restored Quel`Delar in the fire . after several minutes when i`m about to grab the sword , it can`t grab because it`s being rolled? then the server restart and when i got back the restored Quel`Delar is gone SAD .
WHAT I`M SUPPOSED TO DO ?

try abandoning the quest and grabbing it again. I had a problem with a friend I went to make this quest too, he looted the sword but i couldnt, and after relogging and taking the quest again, I could complete it
