New to the server

Hello folks,
I have been playing on TBC warmane for a time and would like to try out WOTLK now. However I have a simple question; It seems like a lot of people have already manage to clear ICC full. When looking at forums it feels like noone is caring about the other raids any more. Is it even possible to progress on this server today? Will it be extremly frustrating actually finding people who needs to do Ulduar and other raids etc?

A lot of the server has been farming end game for years but you'll find some of everything; from people who are new to the game to apparently more retail glads than ever existed.
