lose death knight

I am writing you about an event that took place just few moments ago. A friend and i decided to revisit the server where we spent a lot of our yearly teenage years and shared a lot of memories - Molten .I remember the crisis where all characters were deleted, removed and as a form of apology your team decided to give coins ,points, 80 level boosts , Furious Gladiator set and etc. 🙂
Back in 2015 (i think) i decided to create a character - orc death knight, together with my friend , i started doing battlegrounds,dungeons and eventually arenas . Little by little ,me and my friend started geared up . I had some relentless pieces + couple of Player versus enemy and the sword i bought with the given coins. As the time passed i started to study more intensively,work and forget about my death knight -until today.I logged in the site after some password complications to see that the population had risen 4 times since the last login two , three years prior. I had to wait in the queue only to find out my orc is not where he is supposed to be .Instead i find a character with the same name in the Instant realm , where i am pretty sure i have not created the same character(Hell , i do not even remember the this realm existing back in the day :D).You can see the store history i have bought trinkets for my death knight , which does not make sense if he is in the fun realm. I beg you please move back my death knight in Ice crown realm with the same items i had before and please do not ignore this ticket . I am sure there had been a mistake despite your professionalism.

You will be able to see on which realm you have spent Coins. (Most likely was Deathwing or Ragnaros)
Ragnaros and Deathwing have been merged into 1 realm: Icecrown.
Players had 1 years of time to move their characters to the new realm.
it should be too late to recover your old characters but you may try to contact [email protected] as last chance ( or opening a ticket on website if you are premium)
