Wow mists of pandaria wont run

I try to open the client i downloaded from your website, i have also tried running as administrator and this hast helped. Every time i try to run the client i receive this message "Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910"

Update on the situation, i have fixed the issue. If anyone else has this issue all you need to do is right click the folder that the client is installed in. And take the folder off read only mode. This should fix the issue.
