It's aweful... help me

First I'm sorry for so bad english.
I know how it's annoying but only you can help me.
It's bugged, canI trans my char to a new account ?
Backup encrypted system service is buged... I'm sure of that.
I have tested some other accounts on my friend's computer... and they had disconnected too after backuping.
but accounts those were not backuped working normaly without any disconnects. and disconnect is happening when it laggs after few minutes fighting melee attacks. this problem has only my account and accounts those were backuped. after what changed password and email.
I just need reset backup or delete or just transfer my character to a new account.
