Ban Appeal

I send 1.5 days ago one Ban appeal Ticket but there is still no reply to me.what must i do for this? why nobody is answer my Ticket?

Ban appeal tickets are lowest priority and usually take a few days.

first of all ty for answer but this is just 5 days ban and i did not know anything about 'ninja loot'.im new this game just i say ''Need'' one 65 lvl finger and i got banned :D this is so funny :D
