Queue skipping

I've donated weeks ago in order to queue skipping but that's never happening. Why?

Did you by chance donate on the wrong account? Also, are you sure that the payment went through? If you have successfully donated on the account, then you should be able to access the tickets on the website, from there you can seek support. If you do not have access to that, then I'll be forwarding this to the appropriate staff so that you can get support.
